Among its many applications, it is used as an underlay to sound-proof the floors of hotels.
It may contain interfacing, non-woven and hot-melt adhesive on one or both sides.
It complies with flammability standards FMVSS 302, TL 1010, D45 1333 and ISO 3795. Optional flame-retardant treatment to meet stricter flammability standards.
